Regulatory updates
ITAS Mutua was admitted to IVASS's Fintech regulatory sandbox in April 2024 to test driving-style monitoring for rental vehicles, part of its AutoConnexa insurtech partnership. More broadly, IVASS issued Provvedimento n. 163/2025 (25 November 2025) requiring insurers and intermediaries, including ITAS, to update websites, pre-contractual documents and complaint information ahead of the new Arbitro Assicurativo (Insurance Arbitrator) becoming operational from 15 January 2026.
