Regulatory updates
In February 2026, IVASS authorized Carlo Acutis to acquire a qualifying stake exceeding 10% of REVO Insurance S.p.A. through Vittoria Assicurazioni S.p.A. In 2025 Vittoria Assicurazioni finalized a joint venture with Spanish insurer Mapfre, which took a 1.4% stake in the company, for the provision of services in Italy, with the partnership focused on mobility assistance, healthcare, and pet insurance segments. The company closed 2025 with net income of €103.2 million and total premiums of over €2.16 billion, remaining under the direction and coordination of parent company Yafa S.p.A.
