Regulatory updates
TUW TUW operates under continuous supervision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). The insurer published its Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) for 2025, noting that negative financial results in 2024 caused by agricultural losses and flood claims led to a restrictive underwriting policy continuing in 2026. In December 2025 an Extraordinary General Meeting amended the company statute and appointed a new Supervisory Board for 2026-2030. In February 2026 the Supervisory Board accepted the resignation of President Jerzy Lenard. The company remains an active licensed insurer in good regulatory standing with KNF.
