Regulatory updates
In February 2026, Talanx AG completed the acquisition of the remaining 24.3% stake in TUiR Warta S.A. from Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, transferring shares on 16 February 2026, making Warta a fully owned Talanx subsidiary. The transaction received all required regulatory approvals from KNF. Warta continues to operate under the supervision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), which oversees insurance and reinsurance companies in Poland. As of April 2026, Warta was rated best in client service quality according to the Financial Ombudsman's (Rzecznik Finansowy) report.
