Regulatory updates
Anytime Romania (Interamerican Hellenic Insurance Company S.A. Athens – Bucharest Branch) entered the Romanian market in late 2025 under the Freedom of Establishment framework, notifying the Greek insurance supervisor (Bank of Greece) and being registered in the ASF register of EEA insurers and intermediaries under number RX-5964. The company launched initially with RCA (compulsory motor third-party liability) insurance and expanded its portfolio in mid-2026 with RCA Plus and new CASCO products. The Romanian regulator, ASF, oversees all insurer activities under the Insurance Law.
