Regulatory updates
Asirom holds ASF authorization no. 16 (registration no. RA-023). An ASF audit conducted in June confirmed that Asirom's RCA offering is in full compliance with applicable legislation. The company maintains a solvency ratio of 145% under the Solvency II framework. In July 2024, ASF approved the transfer of Aegon Romania's insurance portfolio to Asirom VIG, expanding its life insurance segment. As of Q3 2025, Asirom ranks 4th among Romanian insurers by gross written premiums, with over 1.5 billion RON subscribed, representing an 18% year-on-year growth. Asirom also contributes to the Insured Guarantee Fund (FGA) under Law 213/2015.
