Regulatory updates
Eazy Asigurări received its operating authorization from ASF on September 19, 2023 (Decision no. 975/2023, registration RA-069). In February 2025, ASF approved the extension of the company's license to class A18 (travel assistance insurance). ASF approved a capital increase of RON 25 million in May 2025 and a further RON 33 million increase in February 2026, raising total share capital to RON 108.5 million. In March 2026, ASF approved the 20% shareholding acquisition by Autonom International (part of Autonom Group).
