Allianz Spain (registered with the DGSFP under key C0109) is authorised and supervised under Spain's Solvency II framework. It has historically received minor DGSFP sanctions for administrative infractions, including several €6,000 fines for failing to provide a timely reasoned offer/response and a €72,000 fine for delays or inaccuracies in reporting compulsory motor insurance data to FIVA.
