Regulatory updates
Caser is registered with the DGSFP under code C0031 as Caja de Seguros Reunidos, Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A. (CIF A28013050). Following the merger with Helvetia Seguros completed in late 2025, the combined entity Helvetia Caser operates with 85.3% ownership by Helvetia Baloise, and minority stakes held by Unicaja (7.4%) and Ibercaja (7%). During 2026, both Helvetia and Caser brands continue to operate independently; from 2027 they will progressively unify under the Helvetia brand, while Caser is planned to be retained for the bancassurance network. In November 2025, the DGSFP joined the IAIS Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MMoU) for international supervisory cooperation.
