Regulatory updates
HANFA regulates HOK-OSIGURANJE as a Croatian non-life insurer. In January 2023 HANFA approved Tomislav Rajić as a new Supervisory Board member. The company issued a subordinated corporate bond (HOKO-O-25CA) worth HRK 17 million in December 2020, approved by HANFA. Its former Italian freedom-of-services motor business (HOK Italia) was suspended in March 2019 and fully ceased on 1 November 2022.
