Croatia osiguranje is the largest and oldest insurance company in Croatia, founded in 1884, and a market leader with a broad portfolio of life and non-life insurance products serving private and business clients. Since 2014 it is a member of the Croatian Adris grupa conglomerate.

EUROHERC osiguranje d.d. is the first privately owned insurance company in Croatia, founded in 1992 with private capital of Croatian citizens. It is the second-largest non-life insurer in Croatia by market share and is a member of the Agram Concern. The company specialises in motor, property, travel and liability insurance, operating through an extensive branch and sales network in Croatia, Austria and Italy.

ADRIATIC osiguranje d.d. is one of the leading non-life insurance companies in Croatia, formerly known as Jadransko osiguranje d.d. A member of the Agram Group, it offers a portfolio of over 150 insurance products for private and corporate clients, operates more than 500 sales points nationwide, and holds approximately 12.6% market share in the Croatian insurance market as of 2025.

Allianz Hrvatska d.d. is one of Croatia's leading insurance companies, present since 1999 when German Allianz together with Zagrebačka banka acquired the former Adriatic osiguranje. The company offers a broad portfolio of life, non-life, health, motor, travel, property, and pet insurance products, and also operates pension funds and asset management through its strategic partnership with Zagrebačka banka.

Wiener osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group d.d. is one of the leading insurers in the Croatian market, offering a comprehensive portfolio of life and non-life insurance products. Part of the Vienna Insurance Group, it operates through more than 70 sales offices across Croatia with over 600 employees. The company was established in Croatia in September 1999 and has grown through several mergers and acquisitions, including Kvarner osiguranje, Helios VIG, and Erste osiguranje VIG.
