Pancyprian Insurance Limited is a general insurance company founded in 1963 and a member of the Hellenic Bank Group since 1999. It is one of the largest insurers in Cyprus, with an 8.6% market share and annual written premium of approximately €43.5 million. Its principal activity covers Motor, Property, Liability, Marine Cargo, Personal Accident and Pleasure Boats. In October 2025, its insurance portfolios, assets and liabilities were legally merged into ERB Asfalistiki Ltd as part of a broader consolidation under the Eurobank Group.

Regulatory updates
Pancyprian Insurance is licensed by the Insurance Companies Control Service (ICCS) under the Insurance and Reinsurance Services and Other Related Matters Law of 2016 (Law 38(I)/2016) and is an active member of the Insurance Association of Cyprus (IAC). In April 2025, Hellenic Bank completed the acquisition of CNP Cyprus Insurance Holdings Limited for €182 million, with stated intent to merge CNP Asfalistiki with Pancyprian Insurance. In July 2025, CNP Asfalistiki was rebranded as ERB Asfalistiki. In October 2025, all insurance portfolios, assets and liabilities of Pancyprian Insurance Ltd were legally transferred to ERB Asfalistiki Ltd, completing the merger and effectively dissolving Pancyprian Insurance as an independent operating entity.
