Regulatory updates
Finanstilsynet has conducted several inspections of GF Forsikring in recent years. In 2023 the FSA issued an order requiring GF Forsikring to strengthen its IT risk management, including setting risk tolerance limits and improving its risk profile assessment. Earlier, in 2021 and 2022, GF Forsikring was reported to the police and given a reprimand for breaching gender equal-treatment rules in insurance pricing/terms, and in 2016 the company was ordered to correct misleading information in its online price calculator.
