Regulatory updates
ERGO Insurance SE received all required regulatory approvals in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania for the acquisition and merger of ADB Gjensidige (former Baltic subsidiary of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA). As of April 29, 2026, Gjensidige has begun selling ERGO insurance products in the Baltics. The full legal merger and integration is planned to be completed by end of 2026. ERGO Insurance SE is licensed by Finantsinspektsioon as a non-life insurer (reg. code 10017013), and ERGO Life Insurance SE Eesti filiaal is registered as a branch of a foreign life insurer.
