It offers motor, property, travel, accident, and business insurance products.

Regulatory updates
On 2 January 2026, ERGO International AG completed its acquisition of ADB Gjensidige and its Baltic branches, making Gjensidige and ERGO sister companies under ERGO Group. On 29 June 2026, ERGO Insurance SE received approval from the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority (Finantsinspektsioon) for a cross-border merger with ADB Gjensidige, under which ERGO will be the surviving insurer; the merger is planned to be completed by the end of 2026, after which the Gjensidige brand will disappear from the Baltic market. Gjensidige began selling ERGO insurance products in Estonia from 29 April 2026 during the transition period. The Estonian commercial register (e-Äriregister) has published an official notice regarding the deletion of the Estonian branch entity (registration code 11193232) as part of the finalisation of the merger process.
