Regulatory updates
BaFin approved a portfolio transfer agreement in 2023 under which the Pensionskasse der SV SparkassenVersicherung Lebensversicherung AG VvaG transferred its entire insurance portfolio to SV SparkassenVersicherung Lebensversicherung AG; BaFin subsequently revoked the Pensionskasse's business license in November 2023, and its liquidation was formally concluded in early 2025.
