In February 2003 BaFin approved a restructuring of the VRK group into stock corporations under the VRK Holding GmbH, and in September 2019 the group's traditional brand names (Bruderhilfe, Familienfürsorge, Pax-Familienfürsorge) were formally renamed to VRK Sachversicherung AG, VRK Lebensversicherung AG and VRK Krankenversicherung AG respectively. Each entity publishes annual Solvency and Financial Condition Reports (SFCR) as required under Solvency II.
