On 21 October 2025, IVASS (Provvedimento n. 0211214) authorized the merger by incorporation of Allianz Next S.p.A. into Allianz S.p.A. On 9 December 2024, IVASS authorized the total transfer of the insurance portfolio from TUA Assicurazioni S.p.A. to Allianz Viva S.p.A. (Provvedimento n. 0265867).
