Regulatory updates
On 25 July 2024, IVASS issued Order No. 0178787 authorising the merger by incorporation of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. and the sub-holdings Unipol Finance S.r.l., UnipolPart I S.p.A. and Unipol Investment S.p.A. into Unipol Gruppo S.p.A.; effective 1 January 2025, the company was renamed Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A. On 14 May 2025, IVASS issued Order No. 0098642 authorising the total non-proportional division of Cronos Vita Assicurazioni S.p.A. in favour of Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A. (and other insurers). The company is registered in the Insurance Companies Register (Albo Imprese di Assicurazione e Riassicurazione, Sez. I, n. 1.00183) and is subject to ongoing IVASS supervision.
