Regulatory updates
ADB Gjensidige is registered with the Bank of Lithuania as a Lithuanian insurance undertaking (company code: 110057869, LEI: 259400YE6518PP6M4W52, address: Zalgirio g. 90, LT-09303, Vilnius). In January 2026, ERGO International AG completed the acquisition of ADB Gjensidige after receiving all required regulatory approvals in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. A phased merger with ERGO Insurance SE as the absorbing entity is underway; ADB Gjensidige retains its brand and operates as a separate legal entity until the merger concludes, expected by end of 2026. From April 29, 2025, Gjensidige began selling ERGO insurance products as part of the integration process.
