Regulatory updates
As of 2025, Fidelidade is listed by the ASF as fully compliant with Circular n.º 3/2023 (on premium payment notice transparency) and with Recomendações n.º 1/2025 (on health insurance standards). The ASF confirmed the Fosun group (Fidelidade) maintained market leadership in 2025 direct insurance premiums. The ASF also designated Fidelidade as the primary insurer for mandatory auto insurance referrals in 2024, given its leading market share in the motor branch.
