Regulatory updates
In May 2026, ASF sanctioned GRAWE România with a fine of 534,200 lei and imposed corrective measures for inadequate internal control mechanisms (including risk identification, assessment and monitoring) and for maintaining an insufficient RCA loss reserve as of 30 June 2025. A written warning was also issued for non-compliant internal policies under Law no. 129/2019 on anti-money laundering. The insurer holds ASF authorization code RA-036 and reported a solvency ratio (SCR) of 252.4% for 2024.
