In December 2024 the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission (KFN) approved new Supervisory Board members for both UNIQA Insurance PLC (Decision No. 906-OZ, 27.12.2024) and UNIQA Life Insurance PLC (Decision No. 907-JZ, 27.12.2024). Both entities hold valid licenses for general and life insurance in Bulgaria and operate under the Insurance Code supervised by KFN.
