In December 2025, Finanstilsynet conducted a cross-sectoral review of If Skadeforsikring's compliance with EU sanctions against Russia (under the Anti-Money Laundering Act). Finanstilsynet assessed the inherent risk of the company breaching Russia sanctions as low.
