Regulatory updates
In October 2025, Finanstilsynet ordered Storstrøm Forsikring g/s to issue corrective information to its 2024 annual report after finding that the value of its domicile property (owned via subsidiary Stofo Ejendomme ApS) had been misstated by 12 million DKK, representing a material error affecting profit, balance sheet and equity. This followed an earlier February 2024 order (referred to the Company Appeals Board) requiring revaluation of the domicile property at Farø, and a June 2025 police referral by Finanstilsynet concerning the company's newly built headquarters building.
