Regulatory updates

AS LHV Kindlustus received its non-life insurance activity licence from Finantsinspektsioon on 29 December 2020. In 2025, the company's Solvency II (SII) ratio stood at 144.6% at year-end (2024: 139.3%), well above its internal minimum target of 125%, supported by own funds growing from about €13.5 million to €15.2 million during the year. LHV Kindlustus reported a 2025 net profit of €2.52 million and net insurance revenue of €37.8 million (+18% YoY), while its market share of the Estonian non-life insurance market rose to 7.3% in 2025 (from 6.7% in 2024), still behind market leader Swedbank P&C Insurance AS (19.2%). On 30 April 2025 shareholders renewed the mandates of Supervisory Board members Madis Toomsalu, Erki Kilu, Veiko Poolgas and Jaan Koppel; following Toomsalu's resignation as LHV Group CEO effective 22 July 2025, his supervisory board mandate at LHV Kindlustus terminated and Mihkel Torim was elected as a new Supervisory Board member from that date.
