Regulatory updates
AS LHV Kindlustus received its non-life insurance activity licence from Finantsinspektsioon on 29 December 2020 (licence decision no. 4.1-1/207). The company is licensed for accident insurance, sickness insurance, and other non-life classes under the Insurance Activities Act. As of end-2025, the Solvency II ratio stood at 144.6%, well above the internal minimum target of 125%. In June 2025, the supervisory board was updated following the departure of Madis Toomsalu as LHV Group CEO, with Mihkel Torim joining as a new supervisory board member. LHV Kindlustus held a 7.3% market share of the Estonian non-life insurance market in 2025.
