Groupama is regulated by the ACPR (4 place de Budapest, CS 92459, 75436 Paris Cedex 09) and also files its universal registration document with the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers). As of year-end 2024, Groupama's Solvency 2 ratio stood at 185% (without transitional measures) and 241% with the ACPR-authorized transitional measure on technical provisions. Fitch Ratings affirmed Groupama's 'A+' rating with a 'Stable' outlook in December 2024. For 2025 H1, the Solvency 2 ratio improved to 211% (without transitional measures) and 263% with the ACPR transitional measure. The group also filed its 2024 Universal Registration Document with the AMF on 29 April 2025.
