Regulatory updates
Allianz Hrvatska d.d. remains under active HANFA supervision. On 12 March 2026, at its 63rd Board meeting, HANFA issued a decision ordering Allianz Hrvatska d.d. to eliminate irregularities in the handling and settlement of claims under comprehensive motor vehicle (casco) insurance policies, requiring the company to establish an adequate internal control system and to submit quarterly compliance reports to the regulator. Separately, at its 66th Board meeting on 9 April 2026, HANFA approved Hrvoje Filipović as a member of the Management Board of Allianz Hrvatska d.d. for a three-year term starting 9 May 2026. In late 2025, HANFA also approved a new Supervisory Board member for Allianz Hrvatska (Nina Rita Rotraut Klingspor) and for the affiliated pension company Allianz ZB d.o.o. The company continues to publish annual Solvency and Financial Condition Reports (SFCR) as required under Solvency II.
