Regulatory updates
Allianz Hrvatska d.d. is actively supervised by HANFA, Croatia's financial services regulator. In February 2025, HANFA's Board approved new Supervisory Board members for affiliated entity Allianz ZB d.o.o. (the pension fund management company). Previously, HANFA granted Allianz Hrvatska approval for intra-group exemptions from OTC derivative collateral exchange obligations with parent Allianz SE. The company remains in active, compliant status with all supervisory obligations, and publishes annual Solvency and Financial Condition Reports (SFCR) as required under Solvency II.
