EUROHERC osiguranje d.d. is the first privately owned insurance company in Croatia, founded in 1992, and a member of the Agram Concern. It is the second-largest insurer in Croatia by collected premium, with a market share of about 13.1% and premium of EUR 271.4 million in 2025. The company specialises in motor, property, travel and liability insurance, operating through an extensive branch and sales network in Croatia, and also has operations in Austria and Italy.

Regulatory updates
On 28 March 2025, HANFA's Administrative Council issued a decision imposing supervisory measures on EUROHERC osiguranje d.d. after an indirect supervision procedure found irregularities in the company's claims-handling process for Casco insurance of road motor vehicles (risk class 03.01) covering the 2022-2023 period. On 5 May 2026 (68th session), HANFA's Administrative Council confirmed that EUROHERC had remedied the irregularities ordered by the March 2025 decision, closing that supervisory procedure. This follows an earlier December 2023 compliance order concerning timely processing and settlement of MTPL motor claims. EUROHERC remains listed and supervised in HANFA's insurance company register, holding authorisation for a broad range of non-life insurance classes.
