At its 65th Board meeting (26 March 2026), HANFA approved Đurđica Vlahović to perform the function of Management Board member for a four-year term starting 13 April 2026. At its 77th Board meeting (21 September 2026), HANFA approved Mediobanca Premier S.p.A. (Milan, Italy) for the indirect acquisition of a qualifying holding of 10%–19.99% of the share capital and voting rights in Generali osiguranje d.d. Earlier, in 2024, HANFA approved Ivana Andabak as a new Supervisory Board member (term June 2024–June 2028), and in 2022 confirmed Management Board mandates for Vice Češljar and Zvjezdan Karlić.
