Regulatory updates
GRAWE Hrvatska d.d. holds a licence issued by HANFA (Decision Class: UP/I-453-02/07-30/13 of 11 October 2007) to underwrite life and non-life insurance. HANFA granted approval to Klaus Scheitegel for membership on the Supervisory Board of GRAWE Hrvatska d.d. for a four-year term from 21 March 2021. GRAWE Hrvatska was also subject to HANFA's 2020 sectoral decision banning dividend payments by insurance companies until 30 April 2021 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and Zagreb earthquake. The company remains actively supervised under Solvency II and HANFA's enhanced risk-based supervision framework.
