Regulatory updates
Through 2025-2026, HANFA approved several management and supervisory board changes at Wiener osiguranje, including a new four-year mandate for Management Board President Tamara Rendić starting October 5, 2025, the appointment of Božo Šaravanja as a management board member effective January 1, 2026, approval of Alan Jelovečki as a further board member, and the appointment of Ivan Tolj to the Supervisory Board. HANFA also granted the company authorisation to conduct non-life reinsurance business. As of mid-2026, Wiener osiguranje ranked fifth in the Croatian insurance market with an 8.6% market share and collected premium of EUR 95.2 million for the first six months of the year, up 10.5% year-on-year.
