Regulatory updates
In 2021, HANFA concluded a secret supervisory action against Wiener osiguranje, finding that the company had remedied previously identified unlawful practices in health insurance distribution and pre-contractual consumer information. In 2025, HANFA approved a new board member appointment (Alan Jelovečki) and confirmed Tamara Rendić's mandate as Management Board President for a four-year term. As of Q1 2026, Wiener holds fifth place in the Croatian insurance market with a 8.9% market share and collected premium of EUR 47.7 million.
