ADB Compensa Vienna Insurance Group holds a valid non-life insurance activity licence issued by the Bank of Lithuania (company code 304080146, registered 2015-08-11, registered office at Ukmergės g. 280, Vilnius). On 11 October 2021 the Board of the Bank of Lithuania imposed a fine of EUR 20,000 on the company for violations of legal acts, including disclosure of misleading information about its financial condition in supervisory and financial reporting. As of early 2026 the company had 448 employees and continued to be listed among Lithuania's top financial-sector employers by Verslo Žinios for the fourth consecutive year in 2024. In mid-2026 Compensa Vienna Insurance Group began offering a new supplementary property insurance cover against political and military risks (including drone damage, terrorism, riots, strikes, sabotage, and civil unrest) across the Baltic states, initially for business clients.
