ADB Compensa Vienna Insurance Group
ADB Compensa Vienna Insurance Group is a joint-stock insurance company registered in Lithuania and part of Vienna Insurance Group. It began operations in Lithuania in 2010 as a branch of the Polish insurer Compensa TU S.A. VIG, became an independent Lithuanian legal entity on 1 January 2016, and in July 2020 merged with Seesam Insurance to operate as a single non-life insurer under the Compensa brand in Lithuania and Latvia. It offers motor, property, travel, personal, and business insurance products and has 50 sales points in 44 cities across Lithuania.

Regulatory updates
ADB Compensa Vienna Insurance Group holds a valid insurance activity licence issued by the Bank of Lithuania (valid from 2015-07-30, company code 304080146). On 11 October 2021 the Board of the Bank of Lithuania imposed a fine of EUR 20,000 on the company for violations of legal acts, including disclosing misleading information about its financial condition in supervisory reporting and financial statements, failing to compile consolidated financial statements, and providing unsupported justifications for not doing so. The company was required to eliminate all identified legislative infringements and operational deficiencies.
