Regulatory updates
GasanMamo Insurance Ltd is authorised under the Insurance Business Act and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). In April 2026 the company launched a new standalone Cyber Insurance product for Maltese businesses (available from 15 April 2026), partnering with local provider Cybersift for 24/7 incident response. The company also participates as a 25% stakeholder in Ivalife Insurance Ltd, a joint venture with APS Bank, Atlas Insurance, and Maltapost that received regulatory approval to offer life insurance. The company continues to operate under MFSA supervision and files annual reports under IFRS as adopted by the EU.
