Agrupació (officially Agrupación AMCI de Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A.) was a Spanish insurance company founded in 1902 in Figueres, Girona, as a mutual aid society. It became part of the Groupe Assurances du Crédit Mutuel España (GACM) in 2012, and in 2023 was integrated into the AXA Group under the brand 'Tomamos Impulso' together with Atlantis. The entity was formally absorbed by AXA Seguros Generales and extinguished in March 2026. It offered personal insurance products including health, life, accidents, funeral expenses, dependency, savings, pensions, home, motor and pet insurance.
